Its seems that I am one of the few that came to the game with no idea at all of the money side of things. I just came across a link on another games site and thought I would give it a go. Within an hour I knew that sweating was not for me, so I checked out as many sites as I could for info, and deposited enough to buy myself some hunting gear, and ammo, and off I went. It took me less than a week to finish my disciple ship and at about the same time I joined my first Soc. After months of fun in the Soc the numbers of active players started to go down to the point where there would just be me and one other member on at most. As luck would have it I tried out EF's new chat client while EU was down one day and got chatting to Manon from HU and we arranged to meet up and go for a hunt little did i know that this one hunt would lead to so many changes.

Manon and myself kept hunting together and and I made my application to join HU and had a number of great team hunts to find out if I had the right stuff to run with HU. Much to my surprise I got accepted into the ranks of HU but I'm still not sure if they liked me or just wanted to stop Manon asking if I could join. I have had a great time since joining HU. As others have said we have a very good bunch that make each day we spend in EU a pleasure. Manon moved over from France to live with me in the UK so as I said that one meeting in a chat room I have never used before or since lead to so many great things for me in EU and RL.
